Oh, Donna. :( I do think dreams would remain, even after he took her memories. I love her strength despite the sadness.

Thank you. :D I think this idea has already been done by everyone and their mother, but it's one that still appeals to me and I wanted to have a go anyway.

Her music is SO gorgeous. And it was TOTALLY that particular song that inspired this whole drabble, and I may have just gone through the list afterward to find a prompt that fit. *cough* Severe cheating.

(Same thing with the other one I posted. Inspired by Snow Patrol's 'You Could Be Happy'. I am a cheater of the highest order.)

Aww, thank you so much. Sorry, but I didn't really have anything in mind to continue this. I kind of lack the attention span and the planning skills to do anything long, so I usually just do these short little things and don't expand on them.

Hmm, and I was going to direct you over to katherine_b, who writes nice, long, happy stories and is a better writer than I am, but I see from your mems that you already found her. ;)
