Apparently the lady was in hit and run a couple streets down, so weaving through traffic she was going like 60 or somethin. I think Chris said that its now a homocide or somethin because the passenger in her car/sister died. Ugh, horrible, but she shouldn't be doing hit and run's, let alone runnin red lights.
