apparently they have been screwing everyone over (so i heard on the OA forums). if you booked late (as in this month), then it would explain it. dickheads....

I keep hearing horrible things about this hotel.....and this tops it. With all the hotels in Orlando, they stuck with this one despite complaints from just about everyone last year. *sigh*

I heard so many complaints about the layout of the hotel and how a crapload of people got lost trying to find the Animusical. They were so worried about being late and not making it in!

I suppose that's possible. I rather liked the spread-out style though. Plenty of time to get some fresh air between events, and LOTS of room. If you've never been there before, it will probably take about a day to get used to the complex. Just wander around, get your bearings, and you'll be just fine.

hotel prices always go up near con. time, that may be why.
I got lucky and only have to pay like $45 or so since it's Me James David and Joel in the room and they're paying $95 each for an extra night.
