Probably the highest on the list in the fic department are Lucius Malfoy having to exist in the Muggle world.  And thriving.  And looking exceptionally attractive doing so.  Such as in tight riding pants in one fic, and sweaty playing Muggle football in another...  Partly because it's a form of redemption for the character, partly because it's

I have to say, I absolutely love your icon! It's total genius. I just wish I could say that to Draco. ;)

And you're so right about Lucius in a Muggle environment; although I've read some fics that make it a bit of a stretch to believe it completely, the mental images of Lucius in various tight articles of clothing is usually enough to make me forget the not-so-smooth parts of the fic. Jason Isaacs really is to blame, though I'm certainly not complaining!

Sadly, I can't take all the credit - it was inspired by a shirt from tshirthell.com...which of course, made me wonder if shirts like that were made for Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff as well, and a large percentage of the female population of Hogwarts (Staff included? And possibly some of the guys?) just happened to wear them to breakfast one day, see if Draco would collapse in shock right then and there!

Another thing I also really would like to see is a fic where Lucius had a Jewish mother, or grandmother, and all that entails - just one anomaly on the perfectly composed pureblood family image, his grandmother's care packages to Hogwarts as a child worried that the house elves aren't feeding him, or something. *evil grin* And of course, some mild neuroticism on his part. ;-)

Poor Draco... I don't think he'd survive the shock! The look on his face would be unforgettable though, I'm sure. I do sometimes feel sorry for him when I write Lucius/Hermione stories, just because he must be pretty freaked out by it all.

Wow. Lucius with a Jewish mother/grandmother? That would certainly make for an interesting background, not to mention, an amusing story. If I didn't have a ridiculous amount of things to write already, I'd give it a go, but I don't think it's meant to be (for me anyways). You should try suggesting it/requesting it somewhere though as I'm sure someone would want to explore such an intriguing situation. :)
