"The red hot chili peppers means SPICY!"

Okay, guys, PSA. If the blonde woman at Noodles&Co. asks you if you have been to Noodles&Co., you say YES. Dear GOD, do not say no. The response to the no is long and horrible and holy GOD, you should not need a Master's degree to order saucy noodles.

*giggle*

But it's tasty and cheap, at least!

But definitely not nearly cheap and tasty enough to have been subjected to the lecture about how the different "proteins" can be added on...you, too, can listen about how "even if you're not a vegetarian the organic tofu is really, really good" and "if it has a chili pepper by it, that means it's spicy" and my personal favorite: "you can combine all these different things, but the stipulation is that you can only substitute..." (ok, well I didn't really listen to the rest of this because I was trying not to laugh right in her face...and failing miserably).

Also, I'd say... adrienneee March 21 2007, 13:52:08 UTC
...the food cost for that place is probably 30%... MAYBE. For, like, the most expensive thing on the menu. Which means that for ever $10 you spend, there's $3 of food on your plate. yeah, it's RELATIVELY cheap and yeah, it's okay food, but when you look at what you're buying? Last I checked, for $6.95 I could buy 7 packages of rice noodles.

Also, that STUPID WOMAN. ARGH. Not worth the time. God, she actually tried to explain to me WHAT CURRY WAS! I wanted to punch her in the face, and then WALK HER AROUND to the 9 places I could buy REAL curry, BETTER curry within 150 yards of that place.

It's white, white ethnic food for white, white people. I am not surprised their best seller is mac and cheese.

Sorry, rant over. That woman. Urgh. She made my brain break.
