My mom had ovarian cysts... and she was always in a lot of pain and then finally she had surgery and got one of her ovaries removed. As long as you don't want to have kids of your own, I don't think it'd be too devastating if it came down to having anything removed... except that it's probably a little scary to have a surgery like that. Either way, (cysts or no) I hope things turn out ok and that you feel better. ^^

[i had the same exam - pain turned out to be IBS woo, at least some classy hollywoodesque people have the same complaint ^_~ i feel classier now]

well, there's no real pain... too bad, because I could be hollywoodesque, too! I feel de-classified because I think it's nothing but my suspicions and overactive imagination.
