On the subject of glasses fogging up, my dad got me this anti-fog stuff for my glasses. Dunno if it works (I never did have the experience of my glasses fogging up due to temperature changes), but the concept sounds cool. Maybe you should look into that if you ever want to switch back to glasses.

my glasses get fogged in the Philippines when I go from an air conditioned area to outside.

that happens here with the SLIGHTEST change in temp, like from room to room, or room to outside. even from outside into a hot car. it's bogus, I tell you. that's why I switched to contacts.

Welcome to Florida. Take all your complaints, and I share them with you. But I cannot wear contacts, so you have me beat in that respect. At least I only have to live here three more years.

Why don't you introduce yourself to my fiancee, laurachicken?

Ha, ha. I was born in Florida, but for some reason I don't remember it being this irritating. Why can't you wear contacts? What a ripoff! Have a talkin' to your eyes about that. Cuss 'em out.

And I can only hope I may move out as soon as I graduate, because I hate it here. Florida is poo on a stick! My end of the stick!

I had the feeling that she was rather irritated by my I'm-bored-so-I'll-comment-on-people's-journals-in-an-annoying-way day comments, so I was kinda steering clear! Either irritated, or thinks I'm a wack sicko who wants people to sizzle at other people.

My eyes are shaped like footballs, thank you astigmatism. What program are you in at USF?

They have contacts for people with astigmatisms, too. I have them so that my eyes do not feel descriminated against.

Aside from Navy ROTC, I'm doing (dun dun DUN) computer science, which is no big surprise to anyone. They resisted letting the geek do the Navy stuff, but I did puppy eyes. Eventually, I know for a fact that I will be dropping that in favor of criminal science, once I find out more about that (is that even what they call it here?).

Oh, and if you cannot find anti-fog stuff for glasses, you can rub shaving gel into them, and then wipe it clean with a tissue. That is a good temporary fix. At least until you clean your glasses again.
