It has many names but we call it by what it likes to fucking do: the World Eater. It looks like one of your goddamn narwhals if it had hellspawn with Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer.

Sure is. The barrier that Sayre has is effectively keeping it out.
CAN WE STILL LEAVE SAFELY?
Blah blah science blah blah parallel universes blah. In short, yes. For the longer answer, ask the engineer. Don't be surprised if he calls you a cockbite and wanders off.
HOW LONG DO WE HAVE BEFORE IT BREAKS THE BARRIER?
Some people here did a damn good job of strengthening it and the big guy itself has stopped banging into shit, so the six month window is now more like eight months. April 2012 might be a shitty month.
WHAT CAN WE DO?
Anything you can do to strengthen the barrier will help. See that one smart Irish kid. Fighting it traditionally is not an option for anyone because motherfucking world eater, but nontraditional methods and ideas are always welcome. There is a box near the ferris wheel. Use that shit.

SHOULD WE BE EXPECTING ANYTHING?
Yes and no. The barrier is strong and the creature can't get in traditionally right now. It might be looking at non-traditional ways of getting in, though. Smaller things may start to happen, so stay on your toes. It looks like it's potentially affecting the environment to some degree. When we have answers of the non-vague variety, that shit will be shared pronto.

Yyyyyyymaybe. Ask someone and we will see what we can do to supply you with what you need or something similar. The least we can do is be an intergalactic convenience store or some shit.
