I don't know if you are referring to Budweiser or not but I am sure you have heard the about the takeover attempt. Since Bud is St Louis based, the people here are up in arms. It just does not seem right that a foreign company can come over here and practically demand we let them take over. It's just not right.

On a happier note - congratulations on the coming addition of little Chris or Elaina. We are very excited for you both. Would love to talk to you when you get a chance.

Thanks for the congrats, though I'm not really getting my hopes all the way up until the 3 month mark.

I wasn't really talking about the possible Budweiser takeover, but it is an interesting story to follow. It may be bad beer, but it's a very American thing. I may prefer most of the foreign beers to Budweiser, but I don't prefer foreign countries taking American jobs when it's not necessary.

I am not fond of Budweiser beer either but around here it is the favorite, since it is brewed right here in St Louis. I just think it is wrong for a foreign company to come in and demand that they sell to them, then sue because they will not sell.
