Fantastic! Now, I've never had anything go terribly wrong with a Mac, but I've got to say I've never been less than impressed with how they Just Sort It Out for the few issues I've had. No arguing, no mucking around, I just get my Mac back, working, a couple of days later. AppleCare is definitely worth the money.

Every time I go to an Apple message board and look up AppleCare, I see nothing but negative stuff on there. "They wouldn't do this. They seemed cold. They didn't care." Blah blah blah

And I think those people probably don't get their way because, when they call, they start out with the wrong tone of voice and are probably chock full of overall pissyness to begin with.

I've dealt with them multiple times, and it's gone off without a hitch so far. I'm pleasant to them. They help me. I buy their product and get others to do the same. It's a copacetic relationship cycle.

Anyone who thinks that AppleCare isn't worth ponying up a few bucks is either 1.) stupid, or 2.) an asshole... or option 3.) both, and they deserve to have to pay for any support they want after the first year.

I just got two computers for the price of one, so you'll hear no complaints from me. Granted, we had to go through a tiny bit of trouble to get the second (and immensely upgraded), but it was definitely worth it.
