AHH I'M SORRY I MADE FUN OF YOU FOR YOUR GRAY HAIRS! 8( I had no clue that damaged hair follicles = colour loss. O_O I always thought it was just because you slept late/WEREWAYTOOSTRESSED.

Aww, s'okay Mimi~ To be fair, lack of sleep and genetics probably also contributed.

But yeah, people say that if you pull a hair out with its root, and there is a black tip, then you have damaged your follicle's ability to provide colour. If it's red, then you've incurred permanent damage by cutting off its supply to blood and muscle.
