just to let anyone here still reading. I am going to delete my journal in the next day or so. I have found that what comes with journals is causing more trouble than it's worth. There are other places to write things that no secrets are kept. I have no need to

As far as I see it, this is where we get a lot issue solving accomplished.

this one, none that I know of. Out of three journals i have ever kept, this being the only one now, this one did help.some others don't.

So then why are you deleting it? You said in your post that "journals [are] causing more trouble than [they're] worth" and then in your response, you said this one helped.

Which do you actually believe?

the hard thing to say is I can imagine way to many probabilities. I guess at things and the imagination runs wild. What more can I say? I am hurting these days.
