Do I know what it means? Not a hope in hell, but it's aowrds that looks like it could mean something you can know, but not want to know. I mean, think about it. Hoe many times have you been asked at parties if you study "hepaticocholangiogastrostomy"? None, right? So no one wants to know it. :)
