These should be followed! Some are basic etiquette, others that will help you when posting. Be sure to read them BEFORE you apply!

→ THE BASICS → FIRST AND FOREMOST, do be nice to your fellow players. We’re all here to have fun, not to stir things up and cause trouble for others. Don’t allow issues amongst players leak over to the game. If there is an issue amongst players, or with anything else, please bring it to a mod’s attention. We’ll do our best to get things sorted out for everyone involved.
Harassment of other players will not be tolerated. This includes unwanted, overly-personal/sexual attentions, pushing for tags/plot/pairings when one or more players has shown disinterest, and pursuing personal information and accounts on other sites of your fellow players if the information has not been offered (aka stalking). If you feel you are being harassed, please bring it to the moderators' attention as soon as possible.
This along with any other major issue- such as ignoring moderators or plagiarizing applications- will result in a 'black mark', and with three major offenses, the player will be banned from the community.
Minor issues, which aren't as severe but still notable, include: info-modding, rude comments to other players, and/or off-topic and attention-seeking behavior in chat. These will be handled by a moderator and a warning may be issued. If these warnings are ignored or the behavior is continued, it will then be a major offense. → No god-modding of any sort. This means no dictating the actions of another players character, or saying event “x” happened to player “b” without discussing it with the player(s) first. → On the same thread as the above point, knowledge that is gained OOC (out of character) is not to be used IC (in character) unless it is GAINED ICly. This is called info-modding. It also extends to characters who seem to know everything. It should be discussed with the players in question, should your character have ways to gain this information. → If you wish to have a player made event that would greatly affect the game in some way, please be sure to clear it via the mods first and foremost. A minimum of 48 hours notice should be given to the players at large, and moreso the moderators. → Stay active. There is a minimum requirement of 2 posts a month, and subsequently, at least one post every two weeks. → Please be sure to post letting us know if you need to go on a hiatus, and make sure to list the characters affected by your hiatus. → Most importantly: Stay in character. It doesn’t help your fellow players if you play a canonly total badass as a flower loving hippie. → You are allowed a maximum of six characters, either fandom characters, or OC characters. You cannot app for an OC until you’ve actively played a character for one full activity period. Also, you may only app one character (fandom OR OC) every two weeks. → Keep your friend’s list updated. That way you can keep track of the going’s on. This community allows for het, yaoi, and yuri. But please, be logical in how your characters get paired, off if they do. → We’ve no rating for the game, but as a rule of thumb, anything that would be considered rated R and above, at least put under an lj-cut. NC-17 situations must be f-locked, no questions asked. There’ll be no flagging of this community.
→ APPLICATIONS → This should be obvious, but please fill out the application entirely! Don't leave any field blank. We also do not accept information copied-and-pasted from outside sources. Please write everything in your own words.
Applications found to be plagiarized from another player will be rejected and the applicant will be barred from applying. There is no excuse for trying to pass someone else's work off as your own. → SPELL CHECK before submitting! We all make typos, but a quick run-through will really help. → You may only submit one application every two weeks. After you have all 6, you may not app another character unless you drop one of your pups. → You MUST have a Canon Character for two weeks and be active before you can app an OC. → If you have any specific questions on applications, you can ask the mods on the FAQ page or send us an e-mail or IM. → If you are asked to rewrite any part of your application, you have a week to resubmit or to get in contact with us if you need an extension. After a week is over, the character once more open to application by all.
→ ACTIVITY & ACTIVITY CHECKS → You will be asked to post in your journal at least twice a month or make one journal post and post one completed log or post two logs with one of them completed. That's not too hard, is it? → If you are heading off somewhere, be sure to let us know in the com. We will make note of it in our special mod notes, but please note that hiatuses lasting more than a month will be counted in the upcoming activity check. Unless there are specific issues, we will hold them for a month only. If you have any questions or know there is a good reason you will be away longer, please speak with one of the mods. → There will be monthly activity checks. If you haven't posted, you will be put on the warning list. You will NEED to reply and update your journal if you want to keep your character. If you do not update your journal and reply to the activity check post, we will have to assume that that character is not active and you will LOSE YOUR CHARACTER and will be removed from the list ): We don't want this to happen! → If you want to app your lost character again, you must wait at least 2 weeks after they were lost to app them again. If they get lost due to activity again, you may not app that character. → If you find your character on the activity check more than once, don't worry too much. However, we're doing the usual "Three strikes, you're out!" rule: if your chara is on the list three times, they will be dropped from the game. That's why Hiatus posts are IMPORTANT! → There is no requirement log-wise, but we encourage you to do them :)
