Summary: Vriska is throwing snowballs at people from on top of buildings.
Starting in the mid-afternoon and going on until well after dark, people walking around the city might just be hit from above by a snowball. Upon further investigation, they might determine that it came from the roof of a nearby building, but their assailant won't be visible (at least not at first).
They have just been unofficially challenged to a snowball fight. What will they do?
