Got my fix. Loud, dark, and movement - interspersed with flashes of light and some sitting time on the boardwalk. Too many people, but otherwise wonderful.

Spent the day with Zach. Pizza, ice cream, cookies, walking, fireworks, lots of conversation.

My depression finally lifted.

And something else. Off balance. We'll see.
