long entry calls for long comment. yeah band sucks, if you ask me it always has and always will. that's how it is in harker heights texas. and hey, i just so happen to be one of those people in band for the cruise. but i don't march and really don't contribute to band at all in the first place so i really don't think that matters. the girl.......she's acting shady lately and it's bothering me. but i'm glad you've actually gotten over it now. or is this just another lie? lol jk dylan thomas' wife's name was caitlin. i find that to be absolutely hilarious. no homecoming at all is better than homecoming with that one girl... you know what i think about the whole band situation. i have no idea what's going to happen to all of us now and quite frankly it scares me to think about it. just know that i will always be here for you no matter what. you mean the world to me and i can't stand to see you the way you were today. i love you and i hope i never lose you.

band...no comment. it's supposed to be a stress-relieving activity, yet to me, it causes the most stress on my part...and others as i see. no matter how hard we try in band, it seems like we're never going to get better. the positive attitude is brought down by the negative...but i cant blame the negative people..what positive thoughts do we have about the band program now?? how can we possibly think "good" when the bad just blinds us? i had the same attitude about the people failing...why should they be praised when they finally get their grades up...when they shouldnt have been failing to begin with. if band was that important to them, they would have tried their hardest to not fail a class(es). however, they should be punished because they have left us in the cold for about 2 weeks. ah...i dont even want to start on discipline. this has always been a problem...why isnt it fixed yet. i dont know

and i must certainly say that i agree
i could go on and on forever about how pissed off it makes me that people arent dedicated like they used to be and everything else that's annoying, bu tim not sure it will make me feel any better.
in all honesty, and this isn't intended to be corny at all, your plain honesty is some what of a relief. it gives me the feeling that im not the only one seeing what im seeing.
life is funny in the way that people never seem to care as much as you do. sadly the road is like that. i dont know that im awe-inspiring, but i figure you might as well know you're not alone.
