I thought these recent findings on
melatonin supplementation and resistance exercise might be interesting, particularly with regard to the effect on GH and IGF-1. Since I am a 'night owl' who prefers to train late in the evening, I think I'll try this. I would not recommend it for 'early birds', since it might throw off their circadian rhythms.
