The thing is that even if all of the androstenedione produced were to aromatise into testosterone, it would still be a miniscule amount. Also, the entire possibility of DHEAS being aromatised into dione is completely reliant on the body's need for estrogens or androgens so if anything an anti-estrogen would increase the likelyhood of DHEAS being aromatised into an estrogen, which would basically tend to just not happen because of the anti-aromatose.
