Week 200: Icon Exchange || Sign-Ups
We made it! This week is our 200th week and we're still going strong. To thank all of our excellent members, us mods have planned a celebratory adventawards Week 200 Icon Exchange. We could not have made it to this point without all of you!
Some of you may remember our previous holiday icon exchange from two years ago. For those of you that are unfamiliar with what we're doing, let me explain step by step.
Step 1: Sign up. Sign up by commenting here with the information required. (Down below, this post tells you what you need to include in your comment.)
Step 2: Get the e-mail. so_vayne will e-mail those of you that signed up. The e-mail will tell you who you are assigned to make an icon for. You will receive this e-mail once the sign ups have ended.
Step 3: Make an icon. (Or two. Or four.) With the assigned user in mind, you will make an icon specially for that user. On your icon, you should also include the person's username on it. You may indeed make and submit more than one icon, but it's not required.
Step 4: Submit the icon(s). Like with a regular theme, there will be a designated post where you will submit an icon. If you do choose to submit more than one icon, be sure to notify us, specifying which icon you want to be included in the voting post.
Step 5: Vote. Once the voting post is up, you can vote for the best three icons in the bunch.
Step 6: Receive. Once the votes are tallied and the results are posted, it will be revealed who made whose icons. The icons that weren't included in the voting will be posted as well. Be sure to thank whoever made your icon! I'm sure they will have worked hard on making an icon just for you!

Wednesday, July 15th: Instructions posted, sign ups begin.
Friday, July 17th: End of sign ups, e-mails/assignments sent, Submission entry posted.
Thursday, July 23rd: End of submissions, Voting entry posted.
Friday, July 24th: End of voting, winners posted.

To quote rabanastre's really big text from two years ago, REMEMBER: When you comment here, you're not just signing up to get an icon, but you're signing up to make an icon for someone else! If you don't think that you can make an icon in the timeframe above, DO NOT sign up.
