I'm making a system that works outside the control of any police group or stupid council. Much better than all the unnecessary, fake things that go on in the rest of this place.
I'm afraid I can not compile a list yet of those in the group to an outsider as it's still vulnerable. Anyone who wants to join can. It's to take action and be independent.
Independent. So... you want to get away from these cops, don't you? I think most of us are tired of their charade. There's a chance I might be interested, Kadaj.
And independent group that's focused on expanding to the world, instead of sticking to one small, rotten city. That's not afraid to take risks and won't force control on others, unlike the one they decided to do. Keeping things safe will get us nowhere, because it's not ever safe. We're going to make our own rules and take action.
A beautiful, glittering image, that much is sure. But there is no such thing as a utopia, you know - all ideas of perfect governing systems or cities are flawed in their perfection. Such ideas do not take into account the evilness and spite of the human being; their betrayal urges and needs for power are only predictable to similarly evil and powerthirsty people, and the only leadership such a man can lead is a despotism. And there is no such thing as a benevolent despot.

In either case, what manner of group is this? I daresay you have me curious.
