And for future reference, I'd never agree to travel to the coast until most of the people were dead. Nearest evac is towards Corbett and Multnomah falls off 84.

The coast is to unpredictable, and has unfavorable quickly changing weather which would be a tactical disadvantage against zombies. Robots possibly, Zombies no.

i thought of that, too, interestingly--but, unfortunately, so did a lot of people, which is why you, who knew about the goings-on far before I, didn't make it to Damon's after I did.
the coast was mostly a rallying point before we went elsewhere. i didn't think about weather patterns, which I'll actually add to the update I'm about to post...
