No one deserves to be bullied. Have you thought about contacting the girls' coach? S/He should be around when it's close to practice time and they should not be allowing this type of behavior to be going on. Does your uni have any written rules about this sort of thing, about harassment?
I agree, fighting is not the way to solve this problem. I would continue to avoid them as much as possible, to ignore their comments and to walk with friends to practice if it's possible. You never know what people might be capable of.
Have you mentioned the harassment to your own taekwondo instructor?
