I hadn't really thought of it that way until Eames noted it...I guess they should thank that guy's wife for taking them hostage, then! & I think it's quite interesting that they decided to turn a bit more moral towards the end, or at least make noises towards it.

Lovely premise and story, ladies. (I especially liked Arthur as a Mafia-type character.) <33 Ohhh, and, and, I liked Sy -- he's right, Arthur would be a good guy to have a favor on.

Now go touch somebody~

Hee! Thanks, Em! The moral thing isn't something we wanted to go too heavy on, given their ethical flexibility in the film. However, how could you carry on without doing something after what they'd been through?

Eames would probably do exactly what Iliana did if Arthur was ever damaged beyond repair. I do love that they actually give a fuck about their marks enough to try and search for mental illness & susceptibility to a break.

I kind of want to live in a world where touching is that intense!

You've created such a complex setting here, it's marvelous and I'd love to read more in this verse. I'm so in love with mafia!Arthur, it's so fitting for him, and what his father told him would explain so much about how we usually think of him.
