Test Subject...I Mean, Candidate

I've just signed up for my GRE. As of right now (or really, tomorrow, when I go and buy $200 of test prep materials) I am re-entering the world of academics. Only took me six and a half months to break.

Oh, God, what am I doing, I haven't taken any math classes since high school and that was five years ago and what have I gotten myself into?

Wow, something lit a fire under you recently. First quitting smoking and now this.

I always had some vague notion of going to graduate school, but I was sort of dragging my feet about it after I got my degree. Now I actually have motivation all of a sudden. It's probably mostly frustration about being broke, but I'm going to ride it as long as I can.
