at least i hope so

today - we have to put our oldest and first dog, meeka, to sleep
she has cancer and has stopped eating
the idea of it is driving me crazy
but i know shes in pain
and its for the better

i just hope she goes somewhere beautiful

I remember when our oldest dog, Molly, died. It was pretty sad, but, when you think about it, if you do believe in a dog heaven, she feels about 1000% better than she does here.
