I still read!! I pack my lunch at night usually so I don't have any excuses. Plus, I always keep a can of soup in my locker now in case I have to fall back on a 'desperate meal'.

I liked your post about doing things in manageable chunks and I hope you are able to do this with your ketogenic diet. Good luck with your changes! If it makes you feel better physically and mentally than it will be worth the smaller struggles.
