 A very quick update tonight and then I am heading to bed.  I have an early and probably long day tomorrow!  This last week has been a pretty good one - I followed my Atkins with the exception of Friday night when Caty and I grabbed dinner at Chipotle before a movie.  I will note, however, that I had the steak bowl which DID follow Atkins except
