You may already know that PCT is a bitter tasting chemical in green veges that some people (particularly young children) are very sensetive to. In fact, I believe it's a recessive gene that causes this sensetivity. Though I'm surprised he doesn't like carrots, given how sweet they are.

I'm always open to "oh, bleh" after something's been chewed up. But when he won't even taste it - whether its brocolli, beans... peas... sweet corn... etc - then I'm suspicious :) Esp when he does just eat spinach will little fuss.
