1. What did you do in 2009 that you'd never done before?: Uhm. Went on a date. :o Aaaand... drank at a party.
2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?: I never really make resolutions, and if I did, I'd be terrible at keeping/remembering them.
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?: My aunt Anne, she gave birth to twins in June, Ethan and Emily.
4. Did anyone close to you die?: Not close to me, no.
5. What countries did you visit?: Pft, none. :(
6. What would you like to have in 2010 that you lacked in 2009?: A job aaand a boypren. :D *aspiring to great heights here*
7. What date from 2009 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?: Theee day of the accident, for obvious reasons.
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?: Surviving it? =D
9. What was your biggest failure?: Being able to let go of the bad.
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?: I tore up my knee pretty bad, so now it's all icky and scarred, but nothing other than that.
11. What was the best thing you bought?: Excluding the things /other/ people bought me, BREAKING BENJAMIN'S NEW ALBUM. 8D
12. Whose behavior merited celebration?: My mom. She's been really strong for us and she works herself to death trying to make us all happy. I heart her. <3
13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?: My grandmother's. Oi vey.
14. Where did most of your money go?: College, noduh.
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?: Anime Vegas and Ren faire :D

i. happier or sadder?: Ah, depressing question, jeez XD At this very moment I'm fine, but generally I was probably happier, if just more blissfully oblivious.

33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2009?: Slowly but surely embracing heels and skirts and dresses and femmy femmy things. Also: SCARFS.

36. What political issue stirred you the most?: Ahhh, I know it sounds awful but I stayed away from politics this year. Actually I've been pretty anti-news in general.

38. Who was the best new person you met?: Dude Alex Olson is so cool why were we not friends sooner D8;
39. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2009.: Even though life might seem like it's never going to get any better, you just have to hold on and push through it until you can breathe again. Things look bleak and your heart feels so heavy, but it's not worth it to give up. You have to learn how precious and quick time is. Happiness can be taken away easily in an instant, so embrace every moment you can with eager and open arms. You can't afford not to.
