Towel Day Evening Event in Cambridge - Wednesday May 25th

This year is the tenth anniversary of Douglas's death. Towel Day is the event that two weeks after the date of his death celebrates his life and work. Cambridge ZZ9ers, well, me and Jim, will be running a tour of Cambridge that evening, Wednesday 25th May, starting around 18:30/18:45 from Cambridge Station. Any idea what time things are likely to finish? Still hoping to be able to make it down after work, but don't want to be too late getting home afterwards...

It depends how fast we walk, we walk just under two miles, but will stop and talk and take pictures. I expect to be in the pub on Bridge Street by 20:30, 21:00 at the latest. However, you will then have to get back to the station from where we finish. There is a map at: http://tinyurl.com/ypk2rh

Probably best if I don't come along, as I was having trouble staying awake at about 8:00 yesterday evening - a drive to Cambridge and back may not be a good idea if I'm still in that state.

But we (and our respective wives) will have to meet up at some point in the not too distant.

Hope the Cambridge tour goes well.
