My kitty is a wonderful cat. She loves me dearly and shows her love by bringing me things she has killed for me. The first time she did it, I was wrapping Joe's birthday present. She came up, sat on the wrapping paper, and spit something onto it. It was a very small spider.

We had a cat in my childhood that always killed rabbits outside and would bring the guts (the best parts, I guess?) to the front door for us, and another that would catch birds and come to the door with them still alive in her mouth. A couple got loose and flew around injured through the house ... always an adventure. I'm glad I have an inside cat that just kills bugs :)
