Okay, I've always wanted to know this but so far have been too polite to ask. Please excuse/ignore me if this is ill-mannered, but... You seem to have very weak leg bones. Why, then, are you so keen to participate in activities where leg injuries are so common? Or is exercising your leg in this way a deliberate method to strengthen and heal it? Sorry if this sounds sarcastic, but I know almost zero about biology and it seems counter-intuitive, so this is a genuine question.

I don't actually have weak leg bones. My right leg has weakened muscles from the waist down due to an unidentiefied disease I had when I was 2 years old. The effects were effectively the same as polio. This effected the motor nerves that drive the muscles, it also effected limb growth leaving my right leg 6cm shorter than my left. Becasue of this effect the muscle stengths were also not balanced as I grew so my foot became deformed as well ( ... )
