It's a typo - the fruit he slipped on was a bananna, and it somehow ended up lodged in his bum.

I think its pretty safe to say any court will throw that out.

What i find more disturbing is not just the fact the accountant thought he had a case but a lawyer did too.

Lawyers are some of the few people who can afford to waste lawyer's time. They win, they're in the money. They lose, they're high-profile for the next greedy idiot who wants to engage them. If anyone loses, it's the little guy paying more for liability insurance on their greengrocer's shop against Act Of Grape.

I hope the guy trips over his own cheque coming out of the court.

I think the fact he is representing himself speaks volumes. No solicitor or barrister in their right mind would take on that case.
