How do you balance in high heels? :O Won't you feel like falling down when you walk a bit faster? :O

Idk... just balance? Maybe I've natural balance talent~~ (kidding of course)
Eh, not really, but when I first wore high heels, my legs would hurt, but I could still balance if I walk fast (:
