It is! She's a very different student from me, and it takes all my self control to let it go and trust that it will work out. When she was in 4th grade and refusing to do homework, it would have helped to know it was all going to end up ok and she would learn how to do (some) tedious work. :)

I definitely need to take her to some big colleges though. She has it in her head that she wants to go to a big college, and the largest class she's ever taken has had ~21 students in it. They typically have around 15. I think her experience of going to grad school with me was too far ago for her to remember how big some of those classrooms were (although the classes were often small, 30 students maybe).

Latin is lovely, and the discipline of succeeding in Latin is also very good for people, I think. I'm glad she's able to take it!
