Then I do hope you can judge the books by their covers! I think those two are the smoothest in terms of flow, but I could be hallucinating! ;) I often do that.

Good luck with the new possibility. I know how much all this job hunting sucks--so much effort and they still treat you to a "Thank-you very much for your interest in our organization. Unfortunately,..." letter. I could paper the walls of a medium size room with the number of those I have received.

Which is why I am still hanging out in my current job, otherwise known as the Twilight Zone.

But I wish you the best of luck with this one. I lived in OR for a short time and it was very beautiful. *crosses fingers for you*

Well, I have pretty much given up any hope that this will ever be a normal job, or even close. I mean, when you have watched your boss eat yoghurt with his fingers (and no napkin--as they don't use them) first thing in the morning, you know that this is not a "regular job," LOL.

So I don't know. I am waiting to see if there will be some significant money attached to my equity in a few years. If we don't do well this year, I will definitely leave but I am hoping that we will start doing some big deals and begin to build monetary value so that I can afford to build my house in NM when we divest the company.

That is the plan but I suppose if something really good came along (with equity), I would be tempted to leave. It is just so bizarre and if there is no money to be made, just not worth it ( ... )
