OK, so I was perusing Empire yesterday...and well...I suffered another fangirl moment **hangs head in shame** here tis...

ok, so Orli is looking particularly fine all cut up and grubby, very Aragorn-esk. And chainmail is quite becoming on the man, however when I went to watch the trailer ( Read more... )

Why am I only just now learning about a new movie set in the Crusades??? And directed by Ridley Scott, no less?!?!?!?

He does look different on that cover, that's for sure, lol. As for the dopey mopies, it's just Orli :p Like all humans, there are actors and movies with all kinds of different styles and protrayals of romance, you're just fixated on him :)) What about Kaenu in Matrix? He's not prissy, just whipped ;) What about Eric Bana in Troy? He was the perfect counter-point to Orli's puppy dog syndrome, but obviously loved his wife no less.

And who the fuck said we men have to hard and nasty all the time anyway? :)) We're allowed to kill the ogres in the day and go home to wibble about our cuts and bruises and let our women-folk make the nasty hurts go away *fights hard to keep that bottom lip from trembling*

Sincerely *sniffle* yours,

~~ Big tough man.

**cringes at mention of Orli FIXATION** don't EVER say that again.... that puts me in the same league as... "OMG, SQEEEEEEE, I'M SOOOO HAVING HIS BABIES, AND WE'RE GOING TO CALL THEM LEGOLAS AND ARWEN AND ARAGORN, AND WE'RE ALL GOING TO SPEAK IN ELVISH AND LIVE IN THE TREES...."

...anyway...

awww, Azz >:D< poor darling, don't cry ( ... )

PS - I never said you had to be hard and nasty all the time, I said thoughtfully romantic...which was, as you pointed out, more of an Eric Bana style of thing.

so ner :P

He definitely looks hot. And Eric Bana was indeed perfect in Troy. He was my favorite character in that movie. If only all men were like that... what a perfect world, eh? hehe.

Mum bought me an Orlando Bloom poster for my 21st. I find that somewhat freaksome, seeing as I own no other Orlando posters. But hey, I'm still gonna hang it up. Beats yellow paint!

I think I'd actually go see Kingdom of Heaven. Orlando looks very different, and yes, he has a delicious Aragorn look about him. Tasty.

-Murmers to self- I'm not a fangirl, I'm not a fangirl.

Omg...is that Orli? o_O....he looks damn HOT...and this coming from someone who couldn't stand Orli from the first day FOTR came out lol! Make-up really can do wonders :p. I can't stand when male or female actors are being pushed into this cutesey wutesy overly emotional character...bleh! That's not what real people are like!
But the thing is, when people are in love, or claim to be in love anyway, they do become vulnerable. From what I've seen of people who have had romantic feelings for someone, is that they start listening to love songs they wouldn't have listened to at all before they fell in love and they become just slobbering doofuses for a while....poor slobs :p
So what's this movie about anyway? Haven't heard of it at all.

OMG! who thought you'd ever come over to the dark side? welcome, welcome >:D<

I've already made up my mind though...if I see that poster for sale anywhere, I'm getting it and hiding it in the back of my wardrobe to perv on every now and again ;)) shhhh, don't tell Ian :p
