I never feel as loved as I am.

Then I catch a glimpse of someone else's love for another - in a photograph or song or writing - and I know and somehow it sustains me, like a plant putting down roots in a shared well of water that causes everyone and everything to thrive.

I believe I have discovered the source of my sudden onset of feeling blah and lame. I just got back from a wedding. It was my sister's. Technically, it wasn't the wedding. That's in July. This was the justice of the peace ceremony so that she can take care of wedding and marriage type business while her husband is overseas. So. The website is down and Jimmy says there was a sign on the door. My karaoke place is closed. This is the second place I've become a regular at that's closed. I am really pretty upset. Damn it all, I really wanted to go tomorrow.
