Despite failing to watch a single episode of the first series, I discovered Lark Rise to Candleford at Christmas, and have been watching every episode since, having fallen in love unreservedly. It is, in fact, the only program I have been watching regularly, (I did watch Hunter, but that was only two episodes, and I have only just started watching

I rather want to get my hands on the first series. I'll see how much the DVDs cost, and find out whether anyone else in the family wants them.
