Janelle is lovely, kind, caring, and, hopefully, a bit devious. I love that she's prepared for anything; a true event planner always has Hershey kisses at the ready! Gosh, this has such a nice flow.

I based Janelle a little bit on my wedding planner when I was there. She was pretty amazing. She pulled safety pins out of thin air when my bustle wasn't working right! I still don't know where they came from...

Please, PLEASE tell me you used to work at MK. This is so realistic; if you didn't I am super-impressed with your research. I really like the pace of this story, and I think Disney world is the perfect place for Blaine and Kurt to end up. I am excited to read the happy ending! Thank goodness for Disney conditioning. :)

I honestly wish I worked there. I've been there a lot, and a fannish friend who does work in MK was kind enough to go through the fic at the end and point out any inconsistencies she found - luckily it wasn't bad!

I think this just means I'm obsessed... >.>

All I can think about with the whole "favourite cast member" thing is Bruce Forsyth, on Strictly Come Dancing, when he says "You're my favourites" to every couple who dance. So now I have this image of a half-Blaine-half-Bruce hybrid in my head. It's a little disturbing.

That said, this is so wonderfully realistic, and their banter is just epic, frankly. I love everything you post and I was so excited to find this- a fully fledged story about DISNEYLAND, GOSH- that I genuinely squealed. I'm going off to read the rest of the story now, but I just had to take pause here and tell you how much I adore everything this is.

This is possibly the saddest breakup description I've ever read, for all that it's brief, because I absolutely see where each of them is coming from. Kurt thinking Blaine hasn't meant a single word of their future plans together, and Blaine - god, how it must hurt to realize the person you love thinks you're a liar and doesn't trust you.

Kurt wants to snatch his hand away, he really does--no one hear needs to get the wrong impression as to them being together--but he figures they could easily get separated, so this is likely for the best. I'm grinning so hard at this.

I grew up an hour's drive from Disneyland and I miss it so much. Getting there early, staying there late, the flowers blooming year round, the train and Star Tours and the Pirates... I am loving this story so much. Blaine's enthusiasm and friendliness is infectious.
