i absolutely LOVED this! you got the banter perfect and the little things that compose domesticity absolutely down :) this was absolutely lovely.

(also, this is a weird thing to pick up on, but i'm painfully detail oriented-- i noticed you used "front room" over "living room" and that totally made me smile because it just added credibility to the voice, imo. i'm a midwesterner, born and bred, and i've always picked up on really small, little things like that, and i just appreciate them because they're really small and really little, haha.)
