C) Just want to be loved/respected/recognized/better than you
D) Preternaturally pretty in a non-traditional way
E) Snazzy dressers
F) They make me want to hug them and feed them soup, okay???

My current villain obsession:

I don't need another obsession with a villain! I don't need it! I don't need it!

Especially when he has movies slated for 2012 and 2013! I'll start writing fic and stuff!!

It would take a catalyst though. Like, something happening to Kurt or Kurt not accepting him when he goes to kiss him or... yeah.

No. Not doing this.

*nods* I hear you! Halfway through watching, I realized that Loki's storyline was way more interesting to me than Thor's. (I too wanted to give the poor guy soup and hugs.)

Soooooo much more interesting!! I am interested in seeing what they do with him in The Avengers. Tom said that Joss was very interested in Loki as a character and that even though he's far more confident in himself, you can still see moments of possible redemption.

I want the Thor sequel NOW.

Oh, I hope they go for a redemption plot - or at least the start of one - it would be so cool. Not that watching him be villainous isn't fun, though.

...why isn't it Avengers or Thor sequel time yet???

I see we have the same taste in villains. It will be interesting to see what Josh does with the Loki and Thor relationship. Yes, Loki had the best plot, but Thor did have some of the funniest scenes and lines. Though in most of Thor's scenes with Jane, I wanted Loki to be in the scenes instead of Jane.

I was most annoyed that some of the best Loki development scenes in Thor were the deleted scenes. The one between Loki and Thor set up such a great relationship between them, the mischief that Loki likes to cause and Thor's amusement over it, and their love for each other. And then the scene between Loki and Frigga when they come to make him king, and he looks so surprised, and at first like he doesn't want it and---ARGH. Best scenes cut from the movie.

Seeing him as the villain in The Avengers should be good. I certainly trust Joss. And I'm really stuck on the Thor sequel now that the director has been announced.
