Two non-commercial vehicles traveling opposite directions approach a traffic light. One intends to turn right, the other to turn left, which puts them going the same direction on the new road. Both have a regular green light, not an arrow. There is no non-turning traffic in the way. Which has the right of way

Right-of-way is determined by the formula mΔv/$: mass times difference in velocity, divided by dollar value of vehicle.
