So after about five minutes of googling, I found a taekwondo centre that will not only honour Neil's black belt, but also takes adult beginners... So this Monday I'm going with Neil to try my first ever martial arts class.

I'm a bit nervous given that I'd be starting as an adult, and I'm not the fittest - and definitely not the most flexible! -
