OH, my holy gawd. This is just...beyond words. I love how she doesn't know quite where she stands with him anymore, that she chooses the darkness, I love the theme of her swimming...and then, not.

I am just beside myself with glee and angst and hurt in the very best way.

*blushes* Thanks. It was kinda a tricky scene to write. Violent without being violent, if that makes sense. Kind of the scene where he reaches the one line he won't cross, but still has no idea how to get back to who he was.

Thanks! I have to admit that I can only write chunks of it at a time and then I have to work on other stuff. Dark!Weevil breaks my heart.

I *LOVE* this fic! I've been re-reading a whole bunch of my favorite stuff, and I'd forgotten just how fantastic this is!
