Summer in the 'Burgh Part I: Life in Donner Begins

It's true that summer classes started on Monday, but I told everyone I would start writing here once I had officially moved into Donner, since to me, it didn't feel like my "Summer in the 'Burgh" experience would start until I moved. Heya. I've heard of vox. It looks like a nice blog site...I don't think it is much different LJ though...

I fear sleeping on high beds as well. Plus, they are rather small, compared to what I am used to sleeping on.

I have a fear of heights as well, which popped up only recently, so i understand the bed thing. You know what I hate though? People telling me to just "get over it!" If I don't know WHY I suddenly have a fear of heights, how can I get over it? Gah!

The pictures are wonderful - I especially like the view of that shelf thing.

I'm not even afraid of heights -- just ladders and bunk beds, and that's about it. It's really weird. And yeah, it's just one of those strange irrational things that you can't explain but can't just ignore either.
