I've loved the Sam-Dean wrestling and slap fights ever since Tall Tales in Season 2--they look just like kids when they're fighting.

I love Christmas stories

This was great. All the characters were so well delineated. Bobby in his newly restricted life, his pride overriding his ability to take help when it's offered. Yet he loves his boys and even Castiel, so they are a true family. Then Dean fighting every second to hide his feelings for Castiel and the more he fights the more they seep through. That moment when he hurt Castiel's feelings about the necklace, that made me cry. Then he realized what a total jerk he was and saved the situation, BestFriends on one half of a golden heart, that rocks. Castiel and Sam's emo war was worth the price of admission but the thing that made it absolutely imperative I leave a review was hands down-"As the Apocalypse Turns", sheer brilliance! Liked the way Dean took every chance he got to stroke Castiel's chest and touch him.

Thanks for the kind words about the characters. I figured that Bobby has to be extra unhappy after Ellen and Jo's deaths, not to mention the day-to-day difficulties of being a paraplegic. Those bed-to-chair transfers alone are exhausting!

As for Dean, he just can't keep his hands off his angel, can he? I can't say I blame him!

I love this. Love how it all started heavy beatween Dean and Cas and finally turned to happier tone in christmas. Glad that Dean came to his senses.
