I also have the Home Health nurse coming twice a week and the Hospice nurse who visits once or twice a week. Plus Hospice has volunteers who can come in to stay while I get out. I will have plenty of time to go out after this is over. I just hope he can remain pain free.

I'm glad you'll have a little more relief. I know that you'll have more time sooner than you want, but I'm worried about the crash.

Everyone's pain is different, but I can feel for yours since I went through this 4 years ago with my partner who was ill for a year, acutely for 4 months. A year later I went through it again with my mother, only for a shorter duration, only a month. In both cases I had wonderful professional help. Do post a sentence or two if you can to let us know how things are going. I look every morning and think of you.
