Plan now for me to have a theraputic leave Sunday to out for Mothers Day and visit the house to see how I do. Expected discharge is Tuesday. I will be so glad to use a full keyboard instead of this one letter at a time.
Knee gets better every day.

Happy Mother's Day, that sounds like a great day to go home to visit! Congrats on doing well and on almost being out of care and back on your own in your own place!

Well I'm at home now. Haven't done much but I'm tired. I hate to go to bed so early as it just means I'll wake up earlier and I've been waking up at 4 or 5 for the past 2 weeks.

I decided if that continues I'll get up and do my walking then. it's the best time of day to walk around here due to the heat.

I'm going to use the pool also but I want people to be with me when I go. Doing the exercises in the pool is supposed to be better than doing them on land.

Nancy has been a great help, taking me to the hospital and staying until I was in my room. Visiting and bringing me home. She is leaving for Madison the end of the month for 3 months. I'll miss her. I've asked her partner go with me when I am ready to start walking some of the trails instead of sticking to the pavement. I want to go birding.
